There are many habits that are dangerous for our health. Consuming alcohol, smoking, eating junk food, and eating late in night are very bad habits. However, the most dangerous habit is eating excessively. Eating too much is not considered bad for health by most of the people. This is the reason that many people are engaged in excessive eating. Eating too much is the major cause for stomach problems. People who eat more than adequate amount face multiple issues related to digestion. The root cause for majority of the diseases is indigestion. Eating too much not only affects our bodies but also harm our mind. Excessive eating leads to weaker willpower. The reasons that Japanese people live longer than other people is the smaller portion of the meals. Japanese usually eat less and stay fit. Eat your food like medicine and you will never have to eat you medicine like your food. Food eaten in smaller quantity will provide positive results to health. The main reason that fast food is killing nations is the people continue to eat such food even after filling their stomachs. Fast food have certain chemicals and enzymes that conpell people to eat more. This is affecting health of youth. Across the globe, fittest people are those who eat less and work more. Eating excessively becomes more dangerous to those people who have less physical activities. A hardworking person can afford to eat more food. Physical work will help such person to burn those calories. A lazy person who has minimum physical activities will face difficulties in buring those calories. Even if you stuff too much material in grinder will not work properly. Similarly, our stomachs need empty space to work efficiently. It is essential to have self-control while eating food. Always prefer quality over quantity. This is a golden rule to stay healthy.
