We tend to sleep late and damage our health. We consume excessive amount of sugars and invite diseases. We use our phones all the time and play with our future. We need to be educated about various things in our lives. We should know how to manage our time. This is very important for success. However, we still need to find balance in our lives. It is vital to borrow some happiness from tomorrow. Many times, we need to fulfill social obligations that require few adjustments in our daily habits. Drinking soda with family gathering is not as harmful as making others unhappy. Ultimately, we need to learn how to find the right balance in our lives.
