How Breakfast Can Affect Your Health?
Different people have different beliefs about breakfast. Some people might say that skipping breakfast is bad for health. It can impact your health all day long. Some people might argue that skipping breakfast may not be a bad thing. Instead, such people try to have breakfast in the afternoon. Some people stick to same breakfast every day. These people think that eating same thing can help in staying healthy. However, eating different things in breakfast can be a very good thing. I personally experienced multiple health benefits after having different items in breakfast in different days. I have made a rule to have have at least three different things in breakfast every week. This means, I can eat eggs on Monday, Toast on Tuesday, Fruit Salad on Wednesday, Eggs (again) on Thursday, Salad on Friday, Eggs (again) on Saturday, and Toast on Sunday. This proved to be very effective for me. I experienced good digestion, less bloating, less gastric problems, and more energy. It was one of those unique things that nobody would tell you.
